The National Contact Point for Knowledge Security is a collaboration between different Dutch ministries, and offers help to anyone connected to a knowledge institution with questions about opportunities, risks and practical matters concerning international cooperation.

International collaboration can raise questions. Questions relating to the undesirable transfer of knowledge, ethical issues such as the misuse of research results, or covert influencing of higher education and science by state actors.
Perhaps you would like to check in which sectors you need to be particularly vigilant with regard to international collaboration. Or you would like to know how to assess the risk profile of a country, or what information you need to take into account when recruiting and selecting new employees.
